Our standard auction consignment structure is a 50/50 split—meaning proceeds are shared equally between consignor and auction house in exchange for handling photography, cataloging, marketing, bidding support, customer service, payment processing, and pickup coordination.

To help make the process successful, items submitted for auction should be:

Clean and odor-free
✨ In saleable condition
✨ Free of excessive smoke, mildew, strong pet odors, or heavy damage
✨ Prepared and ready for intake

Please note that all consignors complete and sign a consignment agreement at drop-off outlining terms, timelines, pickup expectations, fees if applicable, and auction procedures so everyone has clear expectations before items are accepted.
